Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sello, provided by Sello SARL (Algeria). By creating an account or using Sello, you agree to these Terms.

Sello reviews product listings for cross-border commerce, providing localized copy, HS code suggestions, and compliance flags. Sello provides guidance, not legal or tax advice. Merchants remain responsible for the accuracy of listings, the correctness of HS codes on customs declarations, and compliance with all applicable laws in source and destination markets.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You will not use Sello to review products that are illegal to ship into the declared destination market, or to circumvent customs, tax, or safety regulations. You will not attempt to reverse engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Sello is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including customs seizures, held shipments, tax penalties, or lost profits arising from reliance on Sello's guidance.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algeria.
